Last Date to Express Interest & Submission of Supplier Information Form : May 11, 2022

General Terms:

• All tenders are managed electronically and, therefore, all interested bidders are required to complete the mandatory registration online here.
• All Bidders are required to submit the following documents:
• - Completed ‘Supplier Information Form’ on the specified date mentioned herein
• - Copy of ‘Commercial License’ for validation 
• - ‘The clear scanned copies of all such required documents to be sent to email id vm@ead.gov.ae mentioning the correct ‘Tender Title’ (for which Bidder intent to participate) in subject line. 
• On receipt of all the documents, EAD will provide confirmation to the Bidders regarding their participation. 
• All bids must be submitted electronically, as per the conditions stated in the tender documents, including all required and approved bidding documents.
• Tender documents will be published online and made available to all relevant vendors on May 12, 2022.
• EAD has the right to accept or decline any bid without justifications.
• This announcement is construed supplementary to the documents and conditions of the tender.
